Why do we need to cleanse? We must cleanse to remove toxins that can accumulate in the body and contribute to various health problems. Toxins can disrupt blood circulation and impair cellular energy, so it’s important to effectively remove them from the body to maintain overall health and well-being. That is why many people do colon cleansing. However, you can also use Far Infrared to help cleanse the body through perspiration.
What is FIR
Far infrared (FIR) is a type of electromagnetic radiation with longer wavelengths than visible light. It is used most often for its beneficial effects on the human body. Benefits include improving circulation, reducing muscle and joint pain, and promoting detoxification. FIR waves can penetrate the body and generate heat, which is why they are commonly used in saunas and other therapeutic applications.
Toxins and FIR
“One of the reasons FIR has beneficial results in a variety of illnesses is the ability of FIR waves to remove toxins, which are often at the core of many health problems. Toxins that your body does not remove immediately once they enter the body become encapsulated by clusters of water. Blood circulation becomes blocked, and cellular energy is impaired when these toxins accumulate.
However, when a 10-micron FIR wave is applied to water molecules containing toxins, the water vibrates. This vibration reduces the ion bonds of the atoms holding together the molecules of water. As the breakdown of the water molecules occurs, the toxic materials and gasses are then released by the encapsulated cells. One study done by American researchers showed that the sweat released by users of a FIR sauna was different that the sweat of people using a conventional sauna or doing normal exercise. The non water portion of sweat released in a FIR sauna was cholesterol, fat soluble toxins, toxic heavy metals, sulfuric acid, sodium, ammonia and uric acid.” – Dr. Kyuo, Japan.
